Our Year-Round Services Includes:
– Weekly Lawn Mowing Service (April-October)
– Weekly Leaf Cleanups (November-Christmas)
– Biweekly Property Cleanups (January-March)

We determine your monthly bill by summing the total cost associated with servicing your property each month and dividing that number over the course of a year, providing you with a consistent monthly rate.

Description

This is our primary service package. It is designed for those who want their property to look its absolute best year-round, week-to-week, and month-to-month. The most bang for your buck option we have.

We’re dedicated to maintaining your property year-round, ensuring your lawn looks its best month after month and week after week, regardless of the season.

Our commitment begins with Weekly Mowing Services from April to October. As autumn arrives, we seamlessly transition to Weekly Leaf Removal throughout November and December. During the winter months of January to March, we continue to care for your property with bi-weekly services, addressing drifting leaves, falling sticks, and maintaining your lawn’s edging.

Below, you can read more about each service and how they will be performed.

How Each Mowing Service Works (April-October):
    • Each service includes mowing your lawn, string trimming all turf areas not reached by the mower, edging concrete sidewalks and driveways, and blowing grass clippings off all hardscapes for a final cleanup.
    • The mowing season typically starts between mid-March and the beginning of April as the weather begins to warm up.
    • Mowing services will be performed on a consistent schedule, weather permitting. (If your lawn is scheduled to be mowed on Tuesday, we will be there on Tuesday unless your lawn is too wet to mow. We do not want to leave ruts in your yard ever.)
    • When leaves are on your lawn, we will mulch them into the lawn when appropriate. If there are too many leaves to mulch, we will bag any bulk debris to prevent smothering of your turf. Clear bags will be left at the curb for the city to collect during the mowing season.
How Each Leaf Cleanup Works (November-Christmas):
    • During November and December, we use our leaf vacuum to remove bulk leaves from your property by hauling them to a recycling center where they are turned into compost. No bags are left at your property after these visits.
    • We use a combination of leaf blowers, rakes, tarps, and mulching and bagging mowers at our discretion. This can and will change due to wind, rain, and weather to protect your property and provide a thorough service.
    • Note that the leaves will continually be falling during November and December. While our goal is to gather all fallen leaves, there might be a few that remain after we complete the first few services at the start of the season. This can happen due to the continual falling of leaves, which is beyond our control.
    • Our top priority is to leave your property looking its absolute best each time we service your property.
    • Not Included: Please note that we do not provide any roof or gutter cleaning services. Additionally, one-time cleanups are not part of this service agreement. Removal of fallen tree limbs larger than two-inch diameter is not included; they will be left at the curb for the city to collect. Limbs larger than 6 inches in diameter, may require a separate estimate for removal and cleanup depending on the weight and size.
How Biweekly Property Cleanups Work (January-March):
    • During the winter season, our services are scheduled biweekly to ensure your property remains well-maintained. Our main focus is to keep your property free of leaves and fallen sticks from neighboring areas.
    • When performing leaf cleanup, we clear leaves from flowerbeds, either mulching them with our mowers or placing them in clear bags if there’s a substantial volume. Additionally, we will pick up any fallen sticks. You may request trimming of Crepe Myrtles or Roses during this time as well.
    • Bags, sticks, or debris collected will be placed at the curb or in your yard waste container, ready for city collection.
    • As spring approaches and the weather warms, our attention shifts to managing falling sticks and regular mowing. Sidewalks and driveways are edged during these visits to maintain a neat appearance.
    • During these biweekly property cleanups in winter, we allocate the same amount of time typically spent on summer lawn mowing to ensure your property looks its best year-round.
